Dr. Chonta Haynes is a Theology and Christian Education professor at Grace & Truth Christian University where she also serves as the Academic Operations Officer developing curriculum and overseeing student affairs. She is active in leadership at her local church, The Word of Grace and Truth Ministries in Tampa Florida; serving as the coordinator for Jesus University (ages 3 -19), assisting in financial counseling for individuals and couples, ministering at the local hospital (Florida Hospital formerly University Community Hospital), and doing all as unto the Lord. Her outreach continues through her service to the community in her position as Chaplain with the Tampa Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. a public service sorority.

Dr. Haynes is uncompromising when it comes to the word of God. She has a caring heart that shows through her sensitive and logical approach to everyday issues. It was through her passion to help believers live an abundant life, Heart 2 Heart Truth Ministries was birthed to disseminate information in a multitude of forms to bless the body of Christ on a larger scale. From youth to money and everything in between she pours her heart into God’s word seeking treasures to share with others. Her exciting, inviting, encouraging, fire cracker personality in Biblical teaching is galvanized in several works.

Dr. Haynes has been married for over 25 years and is blessed by the unwavering support of her husband. Through their union they have been blessed with three daughters, one of which awaits their heavenly arrival. Her family continues encouraging her authenticity, generosity, and active participation in reaching the masses for Christ.
